PHM 19 -- A Shot Across the Bow

The nineteenth issue of Populated Hexes Monthly explores naval combat and presents a mini-game that allows characters to take on shipboard roles in ship to ship combat. It expands on rules and definitions from PHM 16 and 17. This issue also includes printable ship tokens for use on hex maps or a VTT.
